Gazprom takes final investment decision on Vladivostok LNG

Feb 21, 2013 Gazprom has finalized investment terms for a gas liquefaction facility on Russia’s Pacific Coast as it seeks to boost shipments to Asia amid falling demand and regulatory strife in its most lucrative European market. Jan 30, 2013 Kinder Morgan Energy Partners and Copano Energy announced a definitive agreement whereby KMP will acquire all of Copano’s outstanding units for a total purchase price of approximately $5 billion.
