Proposed EPIC 730-mile pipeline project would be largest for Texas in the decade

A trio of companies hope to build a 730-mile-long crude oil and condensate pipeline from West Texas to Corpus Christi. Enbridge and Spectra about to close on merger

The Canadian pipeline company Enbridge said that it close its acquisition of Houston-based Spectra Energy next week after clearing all regulatory hurdles. Plains and Noble agree on a Joint venture to buy Permian Basin pipeline

Plains All American Pipeline and Noble Midstream Partners have formed a 50/50 joint venture (JV) to acquire Advantage Pipeline which owns a 70-mile, 16-inch crude oil pipeline located in the southern Delaware Basin.
